A Class for Every Dancer in the Quad Cities
Stage 1
Ages 2-3
Big feelings, tiny dancers, and LOTS of joyful movement!
Stage 1 is a 30-minute class that blends tap, ballet, and beginner tumbling to create a magical first dance experience. Through music, imagination, and playful movement, our littlest movers build confidence and coordination—while having a blast.
Perfect for: dancers who are ready to separate from a grown-up for 30 minutes and love to bounce, twirl, and follow along to music
Stage 2
Ages 3-4
More giggles, more movement, more independence!
Stage 2 meets once a week for 45 minutes and introduces preschoolers to ballet, tap, and tumbling in a way that builds focus, rhythm, and balance—while still keeping the fun front and center.
Perfect for: dancers who can be independent for 45 minutes and are starting to follow simple two-step directions. We’ll start jumping, balancing, and boosting memory through movement!
Stage 3
Ages 4-5
Let’s dance—and remember how!
In Stage 3, dancers continue exploring ballet, tap, and tumbling, while learning to recall steps from week to week. They’ll gain control, coordination, and confidence as they move with rhythm, recognize directions, and start stringing together short combinations.
Perfect for: dancers who can jump with two feet, balance on one, and are ready to start remembering and repeating short routines
Stage 4
Ages 5-6
Let’s level up!
In Stage 4, we continue building ballet and tap skills, while easing off the tumbling to make room for more rhythm, memory, and technique. Classes move faster now, but the fun never stops—we just add a little more structure and shine.
Perfect for: dancers who can somersault with little help, jump on one foot, and remember their steps week to week.

Stage 5
Ages 5-7
This is where young dancers start to feel like real dancers.
Stage 5 is a one-hour class focused on ballet, tap, and jazz—with a strong emphasis on ballet technique and posture. It’s a beautiful bridge between beginner classes and more structured movement, with just the right amount of challenge.
Perfect for: dancers who are ready to focus for a full hour, skip across the room, and know their left from their right.
Stage 6
Ages 6-9
Confidence, coordination, and choreography—this is where it starts to click!
Stage 6 is a 90-minute class that dives deeper into jazz, ballet, and tap. Dancers build strength, stamina, and performance skills in a supportive space where progress feels exciting (and fun!).
Perfect for: beginners and experienced dancers ready for a challenge. Dancers will work on retention, musicality, and technique while continuing to develop discipline and joy in movement.
Stage 7
Ages 7-10
More movement, more focus, more fun.
Stage 7 is still 90 minutes long but builds on core technique in jazz, ballet, and tap while encouraging dancers to take ownership of their progress. With longer class time and more advanced combinations, dancers build strength, artistry, and confidence.
Perfect for: dancers (new or experienced) who are ready to polish their skills and work as a team in a fun, focused setting.
Stage 8
Ages 10+
Technique meets expression in this two-hour class designed for experienced dancers who love to perform—but aren’t looking to compete.
Stage 8 covers jazz, ballet, tap, and lyrical with an emphasis on storytelling and style. We dive into performance quality, musicality, and more intricate choreography.
Perfect for: dancers who want a full dance experience without joining a competitive team. Bonus: lots of opportunities to grow in grace and confidence!
Stage 10
Ages 12+
Your playlist is growing—so is your potential.
Stage 10 is a 90-minute class that blends jazz, ballet, tap, lyrical, beginning hip hop, and improvisation. This is a great space for older dancers to explore new styles, grow creatively, and deepen their technique—all while staying active and inspired.
Perfect for: dancers ready to try new things, build confidence in multiple genres, and express themselves through movement.
Stage 9
Ages 12+
This class is all about taking your training to the next level—with variety, challenge, and tons of encouragement.
Stage 9 is a 90-minute class that includes jazz, ballet, tap, and lyrical. We’ll continue developing technique while introducing new combinations and musical textures.
Perfect for: experienced dancers looking to grow their skills without the commitment of competition. A great fit for dancers who love training, performing, and connecting through movement.

Strength and Conditioning
All Ages
Train like a dancer—move like an athlete!
This 45-60 minute class focuses on flexibility, strength, balance, and core control. It’s the perfect supplement for dancers who want to build endurance and prevent injury—or for anyone who just loves a great workout.
Classes are available multiple days a week and are designed to boost performance both in and out of the studio. These classes are held at Evolve Gymnastics & Tumbling
Tumbling
Cartwheels, rolls, and flips—oh my!
While tumbling is a core part of our youngest Stage classes, formal tumbling instruction is offered through our sister spaces: Evolve Gymnastics & Tumbling and the Mini Movement Center. Both are located just steps away from ATB!
We recommend choosing a location based on your child’s age to ensure the best instruction and safest environment:
- Mini Movement Center: Best for beginners and younger tumblers
- Evolve: Ideal for advanced tumblers and those looking to join a gymnastics team
