Dance has been part of my life since I was 2 years old—and honestly, it’s shaped everything I am. I was lucky to spend my younger years performing across the country, winning national titles both as a soloist and as part of some incredible teams. (Fun fact: I was even featured in Dance Spirit back in 2002 as one of their “50 Future Stars”!) But as much as I loved the stage, my true calling showed up when I started teaching.

Over the years, I’ve been honored with choreography awards, national titles, and high scores—but what I’m most proud of are the dancers who’ve grown up in our program and gone on to do amazing things. Some are dancing on college teams or big stages like the Super Bowl halftime show. Others are changing the world as teachers, nurses, entrepreneurs, and leaders. Watching them thrive—on and off the stage—is the real win.

Outside the studio, I’ve always been passionate about learning and leadership. I earned my degree in Sports Management from St. Ambrose, completed the Dance Masters of America Teacher Training School, and most recently graduated from the Goldman Sachs 10KSB program, the Disney Leadership Conference, and Harvard’s Organizational Leadership Certificate program. I’m kind of a growth junkie.

But at the end of the day, my mission is simple: to create a space where kids feel seen, safe, challenged, and inspired. A place where they can discover who they are—and start becoming who they’re meant to be. If I’ve done that, I’ve done my job.

I live in Bettendorf with my husband Rob and our two incredible kids, Sam and Maicey. They’re the heart of everything I do—and the reason I keep reaching for more.
